Planning applications

Although we have a very good understanding in what we believe can or cannot be approved by the Department, we would normally encourage our clients to allow us to do a pre-application enquiry rather than a full submission in the first instance. Following this, full plans and an application to the Department are submitted for approval.

Building Control

Most submissions to Building Control follow on from a successful planning approval. However, there are some instances where a client may just require Building Control due to the planning exemption law. In such instance we would advise accordingly. At this stage we prepare detailed drawings and submit to the Department.
